All sellers on Viwanda.ke must declare that the goods listed meet the following criteria:

Products must be manufactured, assembled, or significantly processed in Kenya.
At least 50% of materials used must be sourced or generated from Kenya.
Sellers must provide a declaration of origin at the time of listing.
These rules follow WTO Rules of Origin and Kenya's Buy Kenya Build Kenya policy.
Viwanda reserves the right to verify origin claims and remove non-compliant listings.
