How is your package shipped? 

Purchases from our warehouse in Kenya, South Africa or in United States will be shipped by courier or by FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) depending on the weight and size of the product. If the product you have purchased is shipped from our US warehouse, then the preferred courier will be USPS.

Which other Countries do we ship to? 

Viwanda.africa couriers goods to over 100 countries worldwide. However, there are some international locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Who is Responsible for Customs? 

In most cases most of the goods will be passed through customs as gifts. However, a few of the items may be stopped and your local Customs Official demand that you pay customs tariff/duty/fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

We do provide you with a tracking number. Allow between 2-4 days after purchase to get the tracking information. You will be directed to our tracking site which will provide you with all information regarding your package shipment. 

Tracking without “information”?

In some cases, due to delays in packaging, handling and dispatch, it may take longer to get the tracking number and have it updated in the system. Allow for a maximum of 5 business days before contacting us for tracking information. 

How will my package be sent? 

Considering that we ship from different warehouses and different items, most items will be sent in separate packages despite being from the same order.
